#6 Belle Volleyball Picks Up Senior Day Victory over ENMU

SAN ANGELO – For the second match in a row, the Belles did not storm out of the gates in the first set, but unlike last night, they dropped their first set against an Eastern New Mexico side that did not commit an attacking error in the first set.

The Belles tightened their defense for the final three sets, including holding the Greyhounds offense to a negative attack percentage in the second set to even the match at one set apiece.

Kailyn Gilbreath recorded her fourth triple-double of the season with a match-high 14 kills, assisting 30 times and 11 digs, also hitting .355.

Grace White and Baleigh Allen notched 11 kills apiece, with the duo not committing an attacking error and White hitting .647 while Allen hit .688. Teammate Elsa Lamphere was in double-digits for the second match running with 10 kills and Jaedyn Woolley assisted 22 times off the bench.

Defensively, Chloe Patton added a match-high 20 digs while Delaney Fuller had 10 digs as well as eight kills. White led the team with four block assists.

Before the match, the Belles honored their seven seniors, who were all apart of last spring's AVCA National Championship squad.

The Belles are 21-3 on the season and 14-1 in conference play. They close out the regular season next week on the road against St. Mary's and St. Edward's.
