From Travis McCorkle: Q: What did you about today's outcome? "Lubbock Christian came out with a ton of energy they made it tough with the defense effort that they gave. I thought that we matched them in the first half, but I didn't think that we went above and beyond. I thought in the second half we had a great response. I thought that set pieces were going to be something that could change the game and obviously two of the three goals came from set pieces. It was great to see the team trust the staff and what we want them to do now we have all the momentum and are in a great position to go to Tyler and we have everything to play there for."
Q: What do you think your team needs to do to come out of UT Tyler with the result that you want? "Put 90 minutes together not 45 not 60 put 90 minutes together. I think if we play our best for 90 minutes I think that we can compete with anybody."
