San Angelo, Texas - The Angelo State women's golf team is back in action opening their 2025 schedule at the Jack Brown Invitational, hosted by Texas A&M International, on Feb. 3-4.  

The Course and The Players:  

• The Rambelles will play the Laredo Country Club course for the rounds of play in Laredo.  

• Mia Clarke, Johanna Öhrling, Lacey Stevens, Caitlin Vanderkruk and Kelsey Kline will represent the Belles on the course.  

• Kara Knight will also play the course as an individualist for the Blue and Gold.  

Fall Season Highlights:   

• The Belles competed in four tournaments in their fall season, claiming top-ten finishes in each contest, while also claiming two second-place finishes in the Swan Memorial and the Oklahoma Intercollegiate.  

• Ohrling, a freshman for the Belles, claimed an Individual title in the Swan Memorial.  

• Clarke and Kline also contributed top ten individual finished for ASU in the fall season.  

Last Time in Laredo:  

• The Belles placed fifth in the Jack Brown Invitational in 2024, beating LSC opponents Lubbock Christian and Texas A&M-Kingsville.  

• Stevens played the course last season, claiming a 31st individual finish with a score of 164 after the two rounds of play.
