SAN ANGELO, Texas - After going 2-0 this past week, the Angelo State women's basketball team hit the road again after a short two-game homestand. The Rambelles travel to Portales to take on Eastern New Mexico and then travel to Silver City to take on Western New Mexico.

• The Rambelles went 2-0 last week with victories over St. Mary's 75-71 on Thursday and then against St. Edward's 76-68 on Saturday.
• Tayjanna McGhee-Pleasant leads the Rambelles in scoring, her 16.5 points per game currently ranks fourth in the LSC 
• Sawyer Lloyd also ranks eighth in the LSC, averaging 15.0 points per game.
• The Rambelles have made rebounding a staple in how they play, holding the top ranking in the conference and ranking 37th in the nation.
• McGhee-Pleasant (5th), Madeline Stephens (9th), and Lloyd (15th) each rank in the top 15 in rebounding individually in the LSC, averaging 8.4, 7.7, and 6.6, respectively. 
• Stephens 8th, McGhee-Pleasant 15th, and Lloyd 18th in the LSC in field goal percentage.
• McGhee-Pleasant ranks 10th in LSC shooting with 78 percent from the free throw line.
• Lloyd ranks second in the LSC, averaging 5.4 assists a game, while her 2.4 assist/turnover ratio is the second-best mark in the conference. 
• Lloyd ranks 8th best in DII in assists, accumulating 114 to this point in the season. She also ranks 26th in DII with a 2.43 assist/turnover ratio.
• Keniah Williams Ranks 25th in NCAA DII with 1.86 blocks a game.
• The Rambelles are averaging 72.1 points per game (3rd), shooting 40 percent from the field (8th), shooting 28 percent from three-point (10th), and shooting 69 percent from the charity stripe (13th)
• The Rambelles rank 10th in the LSC in defense, allowing 66.6 points per game.

 
Angelo State vs Eastern New Mexico

• The Greyhounds are coming off a 0-2 week as they host Angelo State on Thursday.
• Eastern New Mexico is led by Ishuana Hunter, who averages 16.9 points a game and 7.3 rebounds per contest.
• Another name to look out for is Deja Adrian, who averages 12.9 points a game and 5.3 rebounds.
• The Greyhounds have the 12th-best offense, averaging 60.7, while the defense allows the 8th-worst 64.3 ppg. 
• Angelo State leads the all-time series 48-27.

• The Mustangs are coming off a 1-1 week as they host UT Permian Basin on Thursday and Angelo State on Thursday.
•  Western New Mexico is led by Sydney Wright, who averages 12.4 points per game and 2.23 rebounds per contest.
• Another name to look out for is Diamond Moore, who averages 7.3 points per game and 7.2 rebounds.
• The Mustangs have the 14th-worst offense in the LSC, averaging 58 points per game, and have the 9th-best defense, averaging 65. 4 points per game.
